RETURNS
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels (if any). Products must be returned in the exact condition they were delivered.
Return Timescale
You are eligible to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returning Damaged Items (Crucial for Fragile Decor)
If your item (especially fragile blue pottery or acrylic frame) is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must report the issue to us on the same day of receipt.
Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid rejection of the return.
Contact our team via WhatsApp or email and immediately provide:
Photos or videos clearly showing the damage to the product.
Photos of the outer packaging, if it was damaged during transit.
Note: If damages occur after delivery due to improper handling or failure to follow product care instructions, returns or refunds will not apply.

REFUNDS
Refund Timescale
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.
Refunds for verified defective or damaged products are prioritized and processed within 2-3 working days of verification.
Replacement for Damaged Items
If you prefer a replacement for a damaged item, we will prioritize the delivery of the replacement product at no additional shipping cost. Items will only be replaced once. If the replacement is also unsatisfactory, a refund will be initiated.
Product Quality Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the quality of your blue pottery or acrylic frame item:
Send back the product to us.
We will provide a full refund or offer a replacement.
Replacements are limited to one attempt. If the issue persists, a full refund will be issued.
DISCLAIMERS & Reporting Damages
Items returned without original packaging or damaged due to improper care will not be processed.
